Chiltern Services Hub provide premium commercial and domestic cleaning, which includes, end of tenancy cleans, deep one off cleans, regular cleans, oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, covid decontamination, fogging, needle sweeps, crime scene cleaning.
Covering Luton, Dunstable and surrounding areas.
For larger jobs we are happy to travel further.
We have employers and public liability. Be alert that there are operations advertising who are not insured. It does add a little to costs but the insurance protects all concerned.
Initially contact us via email or call. Offices are not covered all the time. Alternatively complete the contact us form on the website. We will then get back to you at our earliest convenience. We can carry out quotes via video call or in person.
We have a minimum fee for regular cleans of £36.
This is because we need to ensure all costs are covered. This include all office work as well as cleaning costs.
We have chosen not to quote by the hour and therefore do not have an hourly rate. We prefer to quote per job. This ensures a focus on the task at hand rather than the clock.
No contracts, but we do share a welcome pack which includes information in preparation for the commencement of services. This is to ensure total transparency.

All our cleaners work to the same systems and processes. We offer full training and continued training throughout our team. We also have a vigorous induction process.
We love animals and have our own also. We are happy to work with and around your pets. We are also happy to let you dog out for toilet breaks (if there is a secure space) and feed. We understand that having strangers in the house can be stressful for the animals so we are happy to discuss requirements.
We use our own products and tools. These are tried and tested. All equipment is cleaned and sanatized after each job. Our products, where possible are environmental friendly.
If a regular clean we can run on a rolling programme where tasks vary each week this will be discussed before first clean. If there are extra tasks your wish us to complete you will need to contact the office 48 hrs before to see if we can programme it in. We will of course accommodate where possible. There will be extra charges.
We will of course accommodate where possible. It is very difficult to reschedule our cleaning diaries and staff are all employed and will still need paying. We require 48 hours notice , any later and charges will be made.
We have a team of experienced cleaners. Where possible we do send the same cleaner each time. There does need to be some flexibility to allow for sickness and holiday. Some cleans are in pairs, some in teams, some individual.
Payment is made via bank transfer. We are unable to accept cheques. If a one off clean this is a minimum of 24 hours before the clean. If a regular clean we ask for payment for the month before the start of month.
No payment = No service
At Chiltern Services Hub we value our team and clients. As mentioned we are fully insured and all our team are paid a good rate of pay and have all the rights of any other employee would have such as holidays. We chose to provide intensive training for all the team continuously and follow best practice. We also only use the best products and equipment.
Cleaning is an unregulated service and many companies and individuals are not doing the above.
As we are cleaning for a variety of clients and settings we have no set hours.
First cleans are like a “spring-clean‘ They require extra time and effort to make sure we can remove old and accumulated dirt. This is essential before we can begin our regular cleans. First cleans can be up to four times longer.
